Bonded NdFeB magnets are produced from microcrystalline NdFeB powder bonded with polymers or other binders, forming compact isotropic permanent magnets. Although their magnetic energy product is lower than that of sintered NdFeB, bonded NdFeB magnets offer excellent design flexibility and manufacturing efficiency.
